Tufts Mock Trial is a 100% student-run collegiate mock trial organization that competes as a part of the American Mock Trial Association. Founded in 2004, Tufts Mock Trial has grown to become one of the top-ranking collegiate mock trial teams in the nation. Throughout the year, Tufts Mock Trial travels to compete at tournaments all over the country. Our young program has been a force on the national scene for over a decade now, placing 3rd in the nation in 2011, followed up by a 5th-place finish in 2015 and 6th place in 2018. Most recently, Tufts Mock Trial has earned 5 consecutive bids to the National Championship, and finished 2nd in the nation twice in a row, in 2021 and 2022. We are currently ranked 2nd in the nation.
